Proto tak\u00e9 restaurace spolupracuje s lok\u00e1ln\u00edmi farm\u00e1\u0159i a dodavateli, kter\u00e9 dob\u0159e zn\u00e1 a d\u016fv\u011b\u0159uje jim.
