Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0t\u011bchto odv\u011btv\u00ed je patrn\u011b hotelnictv\u00ed. Spole\u010dnost Czech Inn Hotels, nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010desk\u00e1 hotelov\u00e1 spole\u010dnost s\u00a0v\u00edce ne\u017e 1,2 miliony hosty za rok (2022) se po pe\u010dliv\u00e9m vyhodnocen\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosu AI \u2013 rozhodla um\u011blou inteligenci na sv\u00e9m webu pro komunikaci se z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem \u201evyhodit\u201c. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Nejsme zp\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edci a neboj\u00edme se nov\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed, naopak<\/em>, <em>ale pro styk se z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed v\u00a0t\u00e9 kvalit\u011b, aby se dala efektivn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvat. Exaktn\u011b jsme zm\u011b\u0159ili, \u017ee klienta komunikuj\u00edc\u00edho p\u0159es um\u011blou inteligenci mnohem \u010dast\u011bji ztr\u00e1c\u00edme<\/em>. <em>Daleko pomalej\u0161\u00ed lidsk\u00e1 komunikace je st\u00e1le mnohem efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Zreorganizovali jsme klientsk\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed a AI d\u00e1v\u00e1me k\u00a0hibernaci,<\/em>\u201c <strong>vysv\u011btluje majitel spole\u010dnosti Jaroslav Svoboda.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Rozhodnut\u00ed vypad\u00e1 jako krok vzad, ale nepostr\u00e1d\u00e1 logiku. Vzpome\u0148me jen, jak p\u0159ed patn\u00e1cti lety, kdy ji\u017e existovala kvalitn\u00ed technologie umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00edt tis\u00edce knih na jednom \u201etabletu\u201c \u2013 byly mainstreamov\u011b ur\u010deny k\u00a0odchodu do zapomn\u011bn\u00ed pap\u00edrov\u00e9 knihy. Realita dne\u0161ka v\u0161ak ukazuje, \u017ee pap\u00edrov\u00e9 knihy jsou nad\u00e1le zcela dominantn\u00ed, a naopak probl\u00e9my maj\u00ed ty elektronick\u00e9. Podobn\u011b ve vztahu \u201ehost\u201c \u2013 \u201eubytovatel\u201c \u2013 lid\u00e9 podprahov\u011b vyhled\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka \u2013 lidsk\u00fd kontakt. P\u0159itom zdaleka nejde jen o star\u0161\u00ed a konzervativn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed klienty. V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b se toti\u017e hotely mnohem v\u00edce spol\u00e9haj\u00ed na technologii a z\u00e1kazn\u00edci se c\u00edt\u00ed odcizeni. M\u00edsto toho, aby byli pova\u017eov\u00e1ni za jedine\u010dn\u00e9 hosty s vlastn\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami a p\u0159\u00e1n\u00edmi, st\u00e1vaj\u00ed se potom jen dal\u0161\u00edm \u010d\u00edslem v syst\u00e9mu. Czech Inn Hotels se rozhodly tento trend odm\u00edtnout a vr\u00e1tit komunikaci zp\u011bt k\u00a0lidsk\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edstupu. <em>\u201eDigitalizaci pochopiteln\u011b \u0161iroce vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me, ale AI m\u00e1 i sv\u00e9 hor\u0161\u00ed str\u00e1nky. Tou hlavn\u00ed je, \u017ee je neosobn\u00ed. A host\u00e9 jsou lid\u00e9, nikoli roboti. P\u0159esto\u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00fdm trendem je p\u0159ech\u00e1zet ke st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed digitalizaci, v\u00a0tomto p\u016fjdeme s\u00a0ohledem na p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f proti proudu. Na\u0161e s\u00ed\u0165 bude od konce \u0159\u00edjna vyu\u017e\u00edvat pouze osobn\u00ed kontakt zam\u011bstnanc\u016f s\u00a0hosty a z\u00e1jemci o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jaroslav Svoboda, zakladatel a majitel s\u00edt\u011b Czech Inn Hotels, dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <em>\u201eNa\u0161e strategie vr\u00e1tit se k osobn\u00edmu kontaktu nen\u00ed jen kosmetickou zm\u011bnou. Je to z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed v na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edstupu k z\u00e1kaznick\u00e9 slu\u017eb\u011b. V\u00a0roce 2022 ubytovala p\u0159es 1,2 mili\u00f3n\u016f host\u016f a nab\u00edz\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 7000 l\u016f\u017eek v n\u011bkolika des\u00edtk\u00e1ch hotel\u016f.
