Za prvn\u00ed republiky si na n\u011bm do vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch restaurac\u00ed chodili pochutn\u00e1vat i takov\u00e9 osobnosti jako Vlasta Burian nebo Tom\u00e1\u0161 Garrigue Masaryk. Tenkr\u00e1t se kostka ement\u00e1lu nebo gorgonzoly zamot\u00e1vala je\u0161t\u011b do slaniny a teprve pak obalovala v&nbsp;trojobalu. V&nbsp;\u010cech\u00e1ch jeho popularita postupn\u011b rostla za minul\u00e9ho re\u017eimu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>P\u0159esto\u017ee je sma\u017e\u00e1k zn\u00e1m v\u00a0mnoha kultur\u00e1ch, s\u00a0tatarkou a brambory nebo hranolky se pod\u00e1v\u00e1 jen u n\u00e1s. Aby se v\u00e1m opravdu povedl a nikde nevytekl, sta\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1sledovat p\u00e1r rad. T\u011bst\u00ed\u010dko p\u0159i sma\u017een\u00ed nepoprask\u00e1, kdy\u017e s\u00fdr obal\u00edte v\u00a0trojobalu dvakr\u00e1t. Po obalen\u00ed nechte s\u00fdr chv\u00edli odle\u017eet p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b, obal se vysu\u0161\u00ed a zpevn\u00ed.
