Spole\u010dn\u011b vytvo\u0159ili delik\u00e1tn\u00ed jarn\u00ed menu pln\u00e1 lehkosti, fantazie a prvot\u0159\u00eddn\u00edch sez\u00f3nn\u00edch ingredienc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201e<em>Na\u0161e kv\u011btnov\u00e9 menu je gastronomickou \u00f3dou na jaro ve v\u0161ech jeho podob\u00e1ch<\/em>. <em>Host\u00e9 se mohou t\u011b\u0161it na harmonickou symfonii jemn\u00fdch, a p\u0159esto v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch chut\u00ed \u2013 od sv\u011b\u017e\u00edch t\u00f3n\u016f malin s kv\u011btov\u00fdm prachem a\u017e po mistrovsk\u00e9 kombinace zelen\u00e9ho a b\u00edl\u00e9ho ch\u0159estu. Ka\u017ed\u00fd pokrm vypr\u00e1v\u00ed p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh probouzej\u00edc\u00ed se p\u0159\u00edrody, kde citronovo-bylinkov\u00fd sabayon p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed lehkost a pe\u010dliv\u011b vybran\u00e9 sez\u00f3nn\u00ed ingredience se spojuj\u00ed v dokonal\u00e9 souh\u0159e. Na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem bylo vytvo\u0159it menu, kter\u00e9 nejen pot\u011b\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165ov\u00e9 poh\u00e1rky, ale tak\u00e9 probud\u00ed v\u0161echny smysly a p\u0159inese nezapomenuteln\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek,<\/em>&#8220; <strong>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159 Denis W\u00e1gner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201e<em>V na\u0161em jarn\u00edm menu jsme se nechali inspirovat \u010distotou a vitalitou jarn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrody. Hlavn\u00ed hv\u011bzdou je nepochybn\u011b b\u00edl\u00fd ch\u0159est \u2013 kr\u00e1l jarn\u00ed kuchyn\u011b \u2013 kter\u00e9mu jsme dali prostor vyniknout v ka\u017ed\u00e9m chodu. Jeho delik\u00e1tn\u00ed chu\u0165 umoc\u0148ujeme kontrastem sv\u011b\u017e\u00edch citrusov\u00fdch t\u00f3n\u016f, \u0161\u0165avnatosti grilovan\u00e9ho lososa a bohatost\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u00ed holandsk\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky. Pro dokonal\u00e9 zavr\u0161en\u00ed kulin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u017eitku nab\u00edz\u00edme tepl\u00fd jahodovo-rebarborov\u00fd crumble s vanilkovou zmrzlinou, kter\u00fd harmonicky balancuje mezi jemnou kyselost\u00ed a sladkost\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd pokrm jsme komponovali tak, aby byl nejen gastronomick\u00fdm, ale i vizu\u00e1ln\u00edm pot\u011b\u0161en\u00edm,&#8220;<\/em> <strong>dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Jan Mart\u00ednek, \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159 restaurace Zlat\u00fd kohout.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Restaurace Tal\u00ed\u0159 (Praha)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Restauraci <strong>Tal\u00ed\u0159<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 se&nbsp;nach\u00e1z\u00ed v srdci Prahy, p\u0159\u00edmo na V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9m n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, vede zku\u0161en\u00fd \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159 Denis W\u00e1gner. O design interi\u00e9ru se postaralo renomovan\u00e9 designov\u00e9 studio&nbsp;Vrti\u0161ka &amp; \u017d\u00e1k. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Restaurace disponuje 130 m\u00edsty k sezen\u00ed ve dvou podla\u017e\u00edch otev\u0159en\u00fdch do spole\u010dn\u00e9ho prostoru s v\u00fdhledem p\u0159\u00edmo na V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed restaurace je tak\u00e9 bar, kter\u00fd nab\u00edz\u00ed \u0161irok\u00fd sortiment n\u00e1poj\u016f. Restaurace je otev\u0159ena ka\u017ed\u00fd den ji\u017e od 7.00 hodin, kdy se formou bohat\u00e9ho tepl\u00e9ho a studen\u00e9ho bufetu pod\u00e1vaj\u00ed do 11:00 sn\u00eddan\u011b \u201eall you can eat\u201c. Jedn\u00edm z unik\u00e1tn\u00edch prvk\u016f restaurace je&nbsp;otev\u0159en\u00e1 kuchyn\u011b, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje host\u016fm sledovat \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159e a jeho t\u00fdm p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b pokrm\u016f. To vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed interaktivn\u00ed a z\u00e1bavnou atmosf\u00e9ru, kter\u00e1 p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011br nezapomenuteln\u00e9mu z\u00e1\u017eitku z n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy restaurace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Historie restaurace sah\u00e1 a\u017e do 30. let minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed, kdy byl hotel Imperial (dne\u0161n\u00ed Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial) postaven podle projektu Pavla Zeha hoteli\u00e9rem Franzem Fiedlerem. Z t\u00e9to doby se p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 z\u00e1znam\u016f nedochovalo. Jist\u00e9 je, \u017ee po dlouh\u00e9 stagnaci v dob\u011b hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 krize a zejm\u00e9na za druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky se hotel probudil k \u017eivotu v pr\u016fb\u011bhu 50. a 60. let. V 80. letech se v prostoru dne\u0161n\u00ed restaurace nach\u00e1zel popul\u00e1rn\u00ed snack bar Zlat\u00fd kohout. V roce 2015 z\u00edskal hotel spolu s restaurac\u00ed nyn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podobu.
