Zachovali jsme chu\u0165ov\u00e9 nuance p\u016fvodn\u00edho receptu, ale filet p\u0159ipravujeme po\u0161\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00edm \u2013 ryba z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 jemn\u00e1, bez k\u016f\u017ee, s v\u00fdraznou chut\u00ed bylinek a ko\u0159en\u00ed. K lososu pat\u0159\u00ed mlad\u00e1 karotka s hr\u00e1\u0161kem, om\u00e1\u010dka z pra\u017esk\u00e9 \u0161unky se \u017eampiony a do zlatova ope\u010den\u00e9 z\u00e1meck\u00e9 brambory. Vybudoval s\u00ed\u0165 ryb\u00e1ren nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d republikou, od V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a\u017e po men\u0161\u00ed m\u011bsta, a zaslou\u017eil se o to, \u017ee se do \u010desk\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b dostaly sladkovodn\u00ed i mo\u0159sk\u00e9 ryby a dokonce i mo\u0159sk\u00e9 plody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>A pro\u010d pr\u00e1v\u011b losos a prvn\u00ed republika?<\/strong> Kalina vysv\u011btluje: \u201e<em>Ne\u017e na na\u0161ich \u0159ek\u00e1ch vznikla vodn\u00ed d\u00edla, t\u00e1hli lososi proti proudu a\u017e do \u010cech, aby se vyt\u0159eli. Historicky to byla ryba chud\u00fdch \u2013 bohat\u00ed jedli zv\u011b\u0159inu, a chudina si chodila lovit lososy do \u0159ek. Tak\u017ee prvn\u00ed republika a losos k sob\u011b prost\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed.
