Ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u00e1pad, kter\u00fd jsem si napsal na pap\u00edr, jsme si museli uva\u0159it, vyzkou\u0161et a n\u011bkter\u00e9 recepty jsme testovali i desetkr\u00e1t, abychom na\u0161li tu nejlep\u0161\u00ed verzi. Zam\u011b\u0159ili jsme se hlavn\u011b na sez\u00f3nnost a pe\u010dliv\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br surovin od na\u0161ich dodavatel\u016f<\/em>,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Michal Horv\u00e1th, \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159 restaurace Monastiq, Mandarin Oriental, Prague, a dod\u00e1v\u00e1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201e<em>Do menu jsme za\u0159adili nap\u0159\u00edklad jemnou pa\u0161tiku z dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00edch jater dolad\u011bnou \u010dern\u00fdmi bagnolsk\u00fdmi lan\u00fd\u017ei od pana Synka. D\u00e1le nab\u00edz\u00edme tradi\u010dn\u00ed chut\u011b, jako je kachna se zel\u00edm a slan\u00fdm l\u00edvancem. Kachny odeb\u00edr\u00e1me od pana \u0160ulce, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m dod\u00e1v\u00e1 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed kuku\u0159ic\u00ed krmen\u00e9 kachny z francouzsk\u00e9 oblasti Dombes. Za\u0159adili jsme tak\u00e9 v\u00edce vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00fdch j\u00eddel, nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161pi\u010dat\u00e9 zel\u00ed, d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00e9 noky nebo sma\u017een\u00fd s\u00fdr s bramborami a koprem. A mal\u00fd st\u0159et chut\u00ed p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed cand\u00e1t serv\u00edrovan\u00fd s raviolou pln\u011bnou kroupov\u00fdm jel\u00edtkem a ricottou pro zjemn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">D\u016fraz na sez\u00f3nnost se prom\u00edt\u00e1 i do dezert\u016f. Podzim a zima se tu neprojevuj\u00ed jen \u010dokol\u00e1dou, ale tak\u00e9 ka\u0161tany nebo o\u0159echy. Krom\u011b obl\u00edben\u00e9 krupicov\u00e9 ka\u0161e s&nbsp;churos stoj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u011b za ochutn\u00e1n\u00ed i ka\u0161tanov\u00fd mousse s karamelov\u00fdm kr\u00e9mem a zmrzlinou z l\u00edskov\u00fdch o\u0159\u00ed\u0161k\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/prazskaparizska.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Mandarin-Listopad-Menu-Hiress-10-min-682x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Nov\u00e9 menu restaurace Monastiq p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed pokrmy, kter\u00e9 zah\u0159ej\u00ed i v mraziv\u00fdch dnech\" class=\"wp-image-6097\" style=\"width:460px\" width=\"460\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bar jako pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Sez\u00f3nn\u00ed koktejlov\u00e9 menu na tuto filozofii navazuje. <strong>\u010c\u00e1st drink\u016f \u010derp\u00e1 z podzimn\u00ed a zimn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ry Prahy a pracuje s t\u00f3ny lesa, kou\u0159e, whiskey a bylinek, jin\u00e1 linie se op\u00edr\u00e1 o \u010dajov\u00e9 infuze, med, ko\u0159en\u00ed a citrusy. <\/strong>Koktejly tak funguj\u00ed jako aperitiv i digestiv a \u010dasto balancuj\u00ed na pomez\u00ed hork\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje a tekut\u00e9ho dezertu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201e<em>Ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u00e1\u0161 koktejl vypr\u00e1v\u00ed sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh. Nap\u0159\u00edklad Druidovo kouzlo je inspirov\u00e1no my\u0161lenkou tajemn\u00e9ho, sd\u00edlen\u00e9ho aperitivu, kter\u00fd je jemn\u00fd, aromatick\u00fd a p\u0159esto dramatick\u00fd. Irsk\u00e1 whisky dod\u00e1v\u00e1 teplo, sladk\u00fd vermut hloubku a \u010derstv\u00fd tymi\u00e1n a rozmar\u00fdn n\u00e1dech bylinkov\u00e9ho ritu\u00e1lu.
